The RLCCDO is developing a county-wide Rural Community Guide -- a project suggested originally by Mossyrock-area community residents who participated in a Horizons* Action Forum in March 2007. To fund the printing and distribution of the Rural Community Guide and future RLCCDO projects, we have created the full-color 2008 Rural Vistas of Lewis County calendar, featuring scenes from rural Lewis County. We are now selling the calendars online. Calendars cost $10/each. There is a discount of 50% for 20 calendars or more if you'd like to sell these at your gift shop or store, or simply give them as gifts to clients, employees, etc. Call the East Lewis County Chamber at 360-983-3778 for bulk orders and discounts. _________ *The Northwest Area Foundation-funded Horizons program provides community leadership training and coaching over an 18-month period. Horizons was introduced to the community by the East Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, which provides support to the local Horizons Steering Group and also provided local coordination of the Study Circles & LeadershipPlenty phases of the program.
